IN THE CITY - October is one of Park City's most colorful months of the year. We were lucky enough to see our first snowfall in mid September and that got many of us psyched for the upcoming winter ski season! By the time many of you read this there will be less than 50 days until Park City Ski Resort's Opening Day. There's a lot of activities this month, don't miss out on any of it.

THROUGH OCTOBER 8TH - A ghoulish dance of monsters and maniacs, creeps and clowns. It is mystifying, mesmerizing, and morbid. An annual tradition and always a sell-out! PARK CITY SHOT SKI

OCTOBER 14TH - Join the Wasatch Brewery and Park City Sunrise Rotary for the 2nd annual Park City Shot Ski. They are enlisting 1,250 people to reclaim the World Record from last year. It is the world record for the largest number of people to take a simultaneous shot of beer lined up on a street. It will be on Historic Main Street. (Read More)

LAST FRIDAY GALLERY STROLL

EVERY FRIDAY THROUGH DEC 29TH - The Last Friday Gallery Stroll is a free community event that gives locals and Park City visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments while exploring Park City’s exciting art scene. During the Last Friday Gallery Stroll—6:00–9:00 p.m. on the last Friday of each month—members of the Park City Gallery Association offer a unique monthly showcase highlighting artists, special exhibits and art events. NEW WHOLE FOODS OPENING

OCTOBER 18TH - The new Whole Foods Market will finally open its doors on October 18th. The new location will be in Canyon Corners, 6598 N. Landmark Drive between Best Western Plus and The Tanger Outlets. The new location will be on 42,000 Sq Ft, with 200 parking lots, 100 seating areas in the cafe and a bar. On opening day, Whole Foods will have live music as well as giveaways, such as the 2,000 exclusive reusable bags printed with a design from a local artist. (Read More)

OCTOBER 31ST - Tricks aside, Halloween on Historic Park City's Main Street was named one of the top Halloween celebrations in the country by Travel and Leisure magazine and for good reason!
