Here is Engel & Völkers market report for December 2019 to see how we did  according to CIREBA stats...
  • 1530 properties for sale on CIREBA in all three Islands
  • 161 listings are Pending which means they will close soon, the purchaser has waived or satisfied all their conditions to the contract and the escrow money is non-refundable
  • 310 are Pending/Conditional, THAT Is an important number to watch!
  • In the past 30 days, 73 new listings
  • In the past 30 days, 50 properties sold and closed.
  • 157 current/existing condos for sale, plus another 373 are under/pre-construction (but of those 530 condos, 185 are Pending/conditional
  • 189 current/existing homes for sale, plus 15 more are pre/under construction (but of those 204 homes, 15 are Pending/conditional
  • 265 parcels of land are for sale in Grand Cayman, plus 20 pending and 47 are Pen/Con
  • 42 parcels of land in Little Cayman plus 1 pending/pen/con
  • 96 parcels of land in Cayman Brac, plus 1 pending
  • 20 properties that are Multi-family in all 3 islands, 5 are pending/pen/con
  • 23 commercial buildings and 6 is pen/con
  • ON SEVEN MILE BEACH: 66 existing condos for sale, 5 pen/con.  Another 84 condos that are pre-construction such as Watermark, Grand Hyatt, Aqua, and Seacrest
  • OFF SEVEN MILE BEACH:  25 existing and 7 that are pen/con, 49 pre/under construction such as One Canal and 20 are PEN/CON
  • In George Town to Prospect:  23 existing and 17 more that are pen/con. There are 185 pre/under construction such as Vivi, Mantras, Ocean Reach, Downtown Reach, Allure, Aura, HW Residences, Indigo Bay to name a few new projects.  Land is becoming so expensive the development is being push out past Grand Harbour.  Of those 225 condos 134 are pen/con.
  • In Northward to Bodden Town: 0 existing and 11 pre/under construction such Orchard Eco villas.
